Jun 21, 2018 - I just bought a used copy of Split Second and it looks like it was scraped across a street. It's great that I only have to worry about the system. If the installation process has stopped at 0% and you are looking for a way on how to fix xbox one installation stopped, this tutorial is the first thing you need to consider. Try cancelling the download, taking the disc out and then restarting it but this time when the console says “This game needs an update” click on ‘update later.
Hey guys, my new Xbox One X cannot read my Witcher 3 disk. I have tried reinstalling, but it stops at exactly 50% and says the disk is scratched. I just got a new one at gamestop, and the same thing is happening. Other disks seem to be working, but specifically The Witcher 3 is not. Can anyone else let me know if their Witcher 3 disks are working? I would really appreciate it. Need to know if I should bring it back to Best Buy asap for defect. Thanks

Xbox One Disc Damaged Download Game Reddit For Pc
I bought a new disc a while back, and originally it worked pretty well at first. After a while the disc started making a grinding noise. I know the early Xbox One unit did the same thing, but mine is a newer unit and doesn't make the same sound. The disc isn't damaged, scratched, dirty, etc. and other discs I have sometimes make the same noise but take only a couple attempts to read correctly. Just now I tried to put the disc in and it's making that chirping noise the reader makes when you put a disc in but the game won't launch. I've been at it for about 10 minutes and I've tried tilting the xbox, wiping the disc down, hittting the top of the xbox where the disc reader should be, pretty much everything I could think of. Pretty sure this is an issue with the console but just wanted confirmation.
