I went to the drivers page of my computer (linked below), and when I selected my operating system (Windows 10 64-bit), the page it directed me to had no USB 3.0 drivers. Selecting Windows 7, on the other hand, brought me to a page that did. Apparently, the last driver made for my particular computer was made back in the Windows 7 days.
