  Not going to lie, it took about 8 chapters in book 1 for me to be interested and wow, I'm glad I stuck it out! Something always going on. Love, hate, battle, revenge and repeat.

  Fell in love. I started with the Seven series and breezed through them, I wasn’t sure I would be interested in the Mageri but Dannika’s character development already had me hooked so I tried. I am so pleased she creates these turns where I thought I knew what was going to happen and then she switches it up on you a nice sneak attack! I love her books she is a wonderful author and I am a devoted reader. Once I find an author I like I read everything and I have not been disappointed by Dannika.

• Sass aplenty

  If you like sassy dialog with a fantastical story line with strong characters and plenty of plot twists, then this is a series of books you should read. I liked the fast pacing and the gradual plot and character development. I really couldn't put this story down. Since I've only read books 1-3, and it feels unfinished, I'll be searching out the rest of the series to finish the story of this character.
